Sublimation delivered to Pershing

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Pershing, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Pershing covers 0.5 square miles of Oklahoma, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Nelagoney, OK (3 mi), Wynona, OK (4 mi), Pawhuska, OK (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Vance Air Force Base sits about 90 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Pershing.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Oklahoma mixes Pershing crews with neighbors like Nelagoney, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Pershing gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Pershing customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Pershing customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Here is what Pershing customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
Pack of 25$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Pershing addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Pershing crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your pershing crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
