Sublimation in Peterson, IA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Peterson gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Peterson

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Peterson, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Peterson at a community of 319 on 0.5 square miles of Iowa, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Linn Grove, IA (5 mi), Sutherland, IA (9 mi), Sioux Rapids, IA (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Camp Dodge, roughly 118 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Peterson.

Because Linn Grove sits only 5 miles from Peterson, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Peterson gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Peterson customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Peterson customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Peterson addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Peterson crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Peterson crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
