Sublimation in Picayune, MS.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Picayune gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Picayune

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Picayune, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 12,000 people spread over 18.0 square miles, Picayune gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Nicholson, MS (3 mi), Hide-A-Way Lake, MS (4 mi), Pearl River, LA (12 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Coast Guard Base New Orleans, around 37 miles from Picayune, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Picayune.

Because Nicholson sits only 3 miles from Picayune, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Picayune gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Picayune customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Picayune customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Picayune customers see.

Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Picayune addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Picayune crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Picayune crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
