Sublimation in Plains, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Plains gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Plains

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Plains, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Plains at about 1,300 people on 1.5 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Denver City, TX (15 mi), Seagraves, TX (23 mi), Wellman, TX (25 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Cannon Air Force Base, around 89 miles from Plains, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Plains counted against your roster.

Sublimation demand around Plains does not stop at the town line. Crews from Denver City (15 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Plains gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Plains customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Plains customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Plains customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Plains addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Plains crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
