Sublimation in Pocono Pines, PA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Pocono Pines gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Pocono Pines

Pocono Pines crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Pocono Pines address in 5 to 7 business days.

Pocono Pines covers 5.2 square miles of Pennsylvania, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Emerald Lakes, PA (3 mi), Mount Pocono, PA (5 mi), Indian Mountain Lake, PA (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Tobyhanna Army Depot, roughly 23 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Pocono Pines counted against your roster.

Because Emerald Lakes sits only 3 miles from Pocono Pines, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Pocono Pines gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Pocono pines customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Pocono Pines customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Pocono Pines addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Pocono Pines crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
