Sublimation in Porter, IN.

Sublimation for Porter: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Sublimation delivered to Porter

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Porter, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Porter is home to about 5,200 people across 6.2 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Dune Acres, IN (2 mi), Burns Harbor, IN (2 mi), Chesterton, IN (2 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Naval Station Great Lakes, roughly 62 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Porter counted against your roster.

Sublimation demand around Porter does not stop at the town line. Crews from Dune Acres (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Porter gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Porter customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Porter customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Porter customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pack$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Porter addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Porter crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your porter crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
