Sublimation in Pound, WI.

Custom sublimated gear for Pound businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Pound

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Pound, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Pound at a community of 352 on 0.9 square miles of Wisconsin, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Coleman, WI (2 mi), Crivitz, WI (9 mi), Lena, WI (10 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City, roughly 121 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Pound.

Sublimation demand around Pound does not stop at the town line. Crews from Coleman (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Pound gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Pound customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Pound customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Pound customers see.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Pound addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Pound crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
