Sublimation in Prescott, OR.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Prescott gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Prescott

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Prescott, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 80 spread over 0.1 square miles, Prescott gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Kalama, WA (3 mi), Rainier, OR (3 mi), Kelso, WA (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Coast Guard Air Station Astoria sits about 45 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Prescott counted against your roster.

Sublimation demand around Prescott does not stop at the town line. Crews from Kalama (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Prescott gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Prescott customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Prescott customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Prescott customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Prescott addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your prescott crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
