Sublimation in Radcliffe, IA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Radcliffe gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Radcliffe

Radcliffe crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Radcliffe address in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 540 spread over 1.0 square miles, Radcliffe gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Garden City, IA (5 mi), Hubbard, IA (7 mi), Ellsworth, IA (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Camp Dodge sits about 46 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Radcliffe.

Because Garden City sits only 5 miles from Radcliffe, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Radcliffe gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Radcliffe customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Radcliffe customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Radcliffe customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Radcliffe addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Radcliffe crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Radcliffe crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
