Sublimation for Ray: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Ray, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Ray covers 9.5 square miles of Alabama, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Nixburg, AL (3 mi), Our Town, AL (5 mi), Hissop, AL (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Maxwell Air Force Base sits about 38 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Ray.
Sublimation demand around Ray does not stop at the town line. Crews from Nixburg (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Ray customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Ray customers, these three earn their keep.
Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
Here is what Ray customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Delivery to Ray addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your ray crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
