Sublimation in Reader, AR.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Reader gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Reader

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Reader, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Reader to the other, 2.3 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Bluff City, AR (2 mi), Chidester, AR (6 mi), Whelen Springs, AR (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Barksdale Air Force Base sits about 91 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Reader.

Sublimation demand around Reader does not stop at the town line. Crews from Bluff City (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Reader gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Reader customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Reader customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

05 //

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Reader customers see.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Reader addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Reader crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your reader crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
