Sublimation in Rebecca, GA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Rebecca gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Rebecca

Rebecca crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Rebecca address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Rebecca at a community of 206 on 0.8 square miles of Georgia, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Rochelle, GA (10 mi), Pitts, GA (10 mi), Ashburn, GA (12 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, MCLB Albany sits about 43 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Rebecca counted against your roster.

Because Rochelle sits only 10 miles from Rebecca, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Rebecca gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Rebecca customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Rebecca customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Budget planning for Rebecca customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Rebecca addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Rebecca crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
