Sublimation delivered to Richards

Richards crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Richards address in 5 to 7 business days.

Richards is home to a community of 43 across 0.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Stotesbury, MO (5 mi), Deerfield, MO (6 mi), Metz, MO (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Whiteman Air Force Base, roughly 80 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Richards.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Missouri mixes Richards crews with neighbors like Stotesbury, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Richards gets sublimated

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Richards customers feel the difference on the first order.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Richards customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Richards customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Richards addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Richards crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Richards crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
