Sublimation in Roman Forest, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Roman Forest gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Roman Forest

Roman Forest crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Roman Forest address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Roman Forest at about 2,300 people on 2.2 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Patton Village, TX (1 mi), Woodbranch, TX (2 mi), Splendora, TX (3 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Johnson sits about 129 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Roman Forest.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Texas mixes Roman Forest crews with neighbors like Patton Village, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Roman Forest gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Roman Forest customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Roman Forest customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Roman Forest addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Roman Forest crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
