Sublimation for Rover: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Rover crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Rover address in 5 to 7 business days.
Rover covers 3.5 square miles of Arkansas, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Plainview, AR (7 mi), Danville, AR (7 mi), Corinth, AR (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Little Rock Air Force Base sits about 73 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Rover.
Because Plainview sits only 7 miles from Rover, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Rover customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Rover customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Rover customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Delivery to Rover addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Rover crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
