Sublimation in Sachse, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Sachse gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Sachse

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Sachse, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 32,000 people spread over 9.7 square miles, Sachse gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Murphy, TX (4 mi), Rowlett, TX (4 mi), Garland, TX (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is NAS JRB Fort Worth, roughly 46 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Sachse.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Texas mixes Sachse crews with neighbors like Murphy, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Sachse gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Sachse customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Sachse customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Sachse customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Sachse addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Sachse crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Sachse crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
