Sublimation delivered to Sanderson

Sanderson crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Sanderson address in 5 to 7 business days.

Sanderson covers 4.2 square miles of Texas, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Sheffield, TX (51 mi), Fort Stockton, TX (59 mi), Iraan, TX (61 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Laughlin Air Force Base, roughly 106 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Sanderson.

Sublimation demand around Sanderson does not stop at the town line. Crews from Sheffield (51 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Sanderson gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Sanderson customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Sanderson customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Sanderson customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Sanderson addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Sanderson crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
