Custom sublimated gear for Sawyer businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Sawyer, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Sawyer at a community of 339 on 8.6 square miles of Oklahoma, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Fort Towson, OK (6 mi), Hugo, OK (8 mi), Grant, OK (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, NAS JRB Fort Worth sits about 142 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Sawyer.
Because Fort Towson sits only 6 miles from Sawyer, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Sawyer customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Sawyer customers, these three earn their keep.
The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Sawyer customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Every order ships tracked to Sawyer addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Sawyer crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
