From single pieces to full crew runs, Scooba gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Scooba crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Scooba address in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 726 spread over 2.5 square miles, Scooba gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Geiger, AL (10 mi), Porterville, MS (10 mi), De Kalb, MS (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Naval Air Station Meridian sits about 33 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Scooba.
A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Mississippi mixes Scooba crews with neighbors like Geiger, 10 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Scooba customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Scooba customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Scooba customers see.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Every order ships tracked to Scooba addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your scooba crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
