Sublimation delivered to Seven Mile

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Seven Mile, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Seven Mile is home to a community of 724 across 0.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Williamsdale, OH (3 mi), New Miami, OH (4 mi), Jacksonburg, OH (4 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Wright-Patterson AFB, around 28 miles from Seven Mile, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Seven Mile counted against your roster.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Ohio mixes Seven Mile crews with neighbors like Williamsdale, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Seven Mile gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Seven mile customers feel the difference on the first order.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Seven Mile customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Budget planning for Seven Mile customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Seven Mile addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Seven Mile crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your seven mile crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
