Sublimation in Shubert, NE.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Shubert gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Shubert

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Shubert, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Shubert at a community of 156 on 0.2 square miles of Nebraska, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Stella, NE (5 mi), Barada, NE (6 mi), Verdon, NE (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Offutt Air Force Base, around 65 miles from Shubert, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Shubert counted against your roster.

Sublimation demand around Shubert does not stop at the town line. Crews from Stella (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Shubert gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Shubert customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Shubert customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Shubert customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

07 //

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Shubert addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Shubert crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your shubert crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
