Sublimation in Snook, TX.

Sublimation for Snook: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Snook

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Snook, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 548 spread over 1.9 square miles, Snook gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Tunis, TX (5 mi), Beaver Creek, TX (6 mi), Lyons, TX (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort Cavazos, around 85 miles from Snook, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Snook.

Because Tunis sits only 5 miles from Snook, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Snook gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Snook customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Snook customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

05 //

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Snook customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Snook addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your snook crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
