From single pieces to full crew runs, Spencer gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Spencer, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 700 spread over 1.0 square miles, Spencer gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Van Etten, NY (3 mi), West Danby, NY (8 mi), Candor, NY (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Tobyhanna Army Depot, roughly 70 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Spencer counted against your roster.
Sublimation demand around Spencer does not stop at the town line. Crews from Van Etten (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Spencer customers feel the difference on the first order.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Spencer customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Spencer customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Every order ships tracked to Spencer addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Spencer crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
