Sublimation delivered to Spring Gap

Spring Gap crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Spring Gap address in 5 to 7 business days.

Spring Gap covers 0.6 square miles of Maryland, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Wiley Ford, WV (5 mi), Green Spring, WV (5 mi), Oldtown, MD (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Camp Dawson, around 52 miles from Spring Gap, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Spring Gap.

Sublimation demand around Spring Gap does not stop at the town line. Crews from Wiley Ford (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Spring Gap gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Spring gap customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Spring Gap customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Spring Gap addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Spring Gap crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Spring Gap crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
