Sublimation in St. James, MO.

Custom sublimated gear for St. James businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to St. James

St. James crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any St. James address in 5 to 7 business days.

St. James is home to about 3,900 people across 4.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Rolla, MO (9 mi), Indian Lake, MO (11 mi), Cuba, MO (12 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Fort Leonard Wood, roughly 32 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to St. James.

Because Rolla sits only 9 miles from St. James, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What St. James gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when St. James customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among St. James customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

Here is what St. James customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to St. James addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your St. James crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
