Sublimation delivered to Stapleton

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Stapleton, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Stapleton is home to a community of 246 across 0.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Gandy, NE (3 mi), Arnold, NE (17 mi), Tryon, NE (23 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is F.E. Warren Air Force Base, roughly 223 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Stapleton.

Sublimation demand around Stapleton does not stop at the town line. Crews from Gandy (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Stapleton gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Stapleton customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Stapleton customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Stapleton customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Stapleton addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Stapleton crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Stapleton crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
