Sublimation for Stuckey: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Stuckey crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Stuckey address in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 193 spread over 0.9 square miles, Stuckey gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Hemingway, SC (4 mi), Johnsonville, SC (7 mi), Daviston, SC (13 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Shaw Air Force Base sits about 53 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Stuckey.
Because Hemingway sits only 4 miles from Stuckey, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Stuckey customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Stuckey customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
Budget planning for Stuckey customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Every order ships tracked to Stuckey addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Stuckey crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
