Sublimation delivered to Sugar Mountain

Sugar Mountain crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Sugar Mountain address in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 377 spread over 2.5 square miles, Sugar Mountain gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Banner Elk, NC (2 mi), Grandfather Village, NC (2 mi), Seven Devils, NC (3 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Jackson sits about 154 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Sugar Mountain counted against your roster.

Sublimation demand around Sugar Mountain does not stop at the town line. Crews from Banner Elk (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Sugar Mountain gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Sugar mountain customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Sugar Mountain customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

Here is what Sugar Mountain customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Sugar Mountain addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Sugar Mountain crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
