Sublimation in Teague, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Teague gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Teague

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Teague, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Teague at about 3,500 people on 5.1 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Fairfield, TX (9 mi), Kirvin, TX (10 mi), Mexia, TX (12 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort Cavazos, around 94 miles from Teague, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Teague.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Texas mixes Teague crews with neighbors like Fairfield, 9 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Teague gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Teague customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Teague customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Teague addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Teague crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your teague crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
