Sublimation in Timber Pines, FL.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Timber Pines gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Timber Pines

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Timber Pines, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 2.2 square miles of Timber Pines sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Heritage Pines, FL (3 mi), Hernando Beach, FL (4 mi), Spring Hill, FL (4 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater, roughly 35 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Timber Pines.

Sublimation demand around Timber Pines does not stop at the town line. Crews from Heritage Pines (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Timber Pines gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Timber Pines customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Timber Pines customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Timber Pines addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Timber Pines crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
