Sublimation in Tomah, WI.

Custom sublimated gear for Tomah businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Tomah

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Tomah, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 9,500 people spread over 7.9 square miles, Tomah gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Tunnel City, WI (4 mi), Oakdale, WI (6 mi), Wyeville, WI (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort McCoy, roughly 16 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Tomah.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Wisconsin mixes Tomah crews with neighbors like Tunnel City, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Tomah gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Tomah customers feel the difference on the first order.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Tomah customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Tomah addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Tomah crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
