Sublimation in Trinity, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Trinity gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Trinity

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Trinity, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 2,400 people spread over 3.8 square miles, Trinity gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Westwood Shores, TX (3 mi), Riverside, TX (7 mi), Lovelady, TX (13 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort Johnson, around 124 miles from Trinity, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Trinity.

Sublimation demand around Trinity does not stop at the town line. Crews from Westwood Shores (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Trinity gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Trinity customers feel the difference on the first order.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Trinity customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Trinity addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Trinity crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
