Sublimation in Victoria, VA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Victoria gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Victoria

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Victoria, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,700 people spread over 2.8 square miles, Victoria gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Lunenburg, VA (3 mi), Kenbridge, VA (6 mi), Nottoway Court House, VA (12 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Fort Gregg-Adams, roughly 48 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Victoria.

Sublimation demand around Victoria does not stop at the town line. Crews from Lunenburg (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Victoria gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Victoria customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Victoria customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

Here is what Victoria customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Victoria addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Victoria crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Victoria crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
