Sublimation in Waka, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Waka gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Waka

Waka crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Waka address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.1 square miles of Waka sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Farnsworth, TX (5 mi), Spearman, TX (10 mi), Perryton, TX (16 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Altus Air Force Base, around 149 miles from Waka, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Waka.

Sublimation demand around Waka does not stop at the town line. Crews from Farnsworth (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Waka gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Waka customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Waka customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Waka addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Waka crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
