Sublimation in Wasco, CA.

Sublimation for Wasco: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Wasco

Wasco crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Wasco address in 5 to 7 business days.

Wasco is home to about 27,000 people across 9.4 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: McFarland, CA (9 mi), Smith Corner, CA (9 mi), Mexican Colony, CA (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Naval Air Station Lemoore sits about 54 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Wasco.

Sublimation demand around Wasco does not stop at the town line. Crews from McFarland (9 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Wasco gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Wasco customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Wasco customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

What it costs

Here is what Wasco customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pack$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Wasco addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Wasco crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Wasco crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
