Sublimation in Winters, CA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Winters gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Winters

Winters crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Winters address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Winters at about 7,700 people on 2.9 square miles of California, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Allendale, CA (6 mi), Hartley, CA (8 mi), Madison, CA (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Travis Air Force Base, roughly 19 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Winters counted against your roster.

Sublimation demand around Winters does not stop at the town line. Crews from Allendale (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Winters gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Winters customers feel the difference on the first order.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Winters customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Winters customers see.

15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Winters addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Winters crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Winters crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
