Sublimation delivered to Worley

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Worley, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Worley at a community of 249 on 0.2 square miles of Idaho, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Plummer, ID (5 mi), Conkling Park, ID (7 mi), Harrison, ID (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fairchild Air Force Base sits about 30 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Worley.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Idaho mixes Worley crews with neighbors like Plummer, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Worley gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Worley customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Worley customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Worley customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Worley addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Worley crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Worley crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
