Sublimation in Wyoming, IA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Wyoming gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Wyoming

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Wyoming, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Wyoming at a community of 527 on 0.5 square miles of Iowa, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Onslow, IA (3 mi), Center Junction, IA (6 mi), Oxford Junction, IA (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Rock Island Arsenal sits about 46 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Wyoming counted against your roster.

Because Onslow sits only 3 miles from Wyoming, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Wyoming gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Wyoming customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Wyoming customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Wyoming customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Wyoming addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Wyoming crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
