Sublimation for Yreka: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Yreka, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 7,800 people spread over 10.0 square miles, Yreka gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Montague, CA (5 mi), Grenada, CA (8 mi), Hornbrook, CA (13 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Kingsley Field sits about 56 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Yreka.
Sublimation demand around Yreka does not stop at the town line. Crews from Montague (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Yreka customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Yreka customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
Here is what Yreka customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Delivery to Yreka addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your yreka crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
