Custom apparel delivered anywhere in Sullivan County, Missouri in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
There is no local print shop requirement for good gear anymore. Sullivan County crews design online, approve a proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and take delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 5,800 people spread across 648 square miles, Sullivan County is exactly the kind of territory a nationwide shop serves better than a single storefront: same pricing, same timeline, every address.
That includes the Missouri military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Fort Leonard Wood, Whiteman Air Force Base, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Sullivan County.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
One design across three generations of sizes, or a small memorial run done right. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The fair runs on identifiable staff and sellable merch, and both come from the same run. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Station gear and fundraiser runs for volunteer fire and rescue outfits. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Community group runs where mixed sizes are the default, not a complication. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
FFA chapters and youth programs order kid and adult sizes together at pack pricing. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Numbers, names, and sponsor logos for every team in the league, delivered before opening day. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Sullivan County customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Sullivan County customers, these three earn their keep.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Sullivan County customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
A cheap print on a cheap blank costs more than it saves, because it gets worn twice and then becomes a rag. We print with inks cured to spec, on blanks stocked in weight classes from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, and we stand behind the work: if a print fails from a production defect, we make it right. Screen prints are cured at temperature so they flex instead of cracking, and embroidery is digitized in-house so small text stays legible.
Production plus shipping to every address in Sullivan County runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your sullivan county group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
