Three Way orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to Tennessee runs 5 to 7 business days flat.
Three Way does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Three Way address in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 1,900 people spread over 4.5 square miles, Three Way gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Humboldt, TN (5 mi), Medina, TN (5 mi), Gibson, TN (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is NSA Mid-South, roughly 66 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Tennessee military community orders here too: unit and family gear for NSA Mid-South and Arnold Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Three Way.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Three Way customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Three Way customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Three Way customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Three Way addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your three way group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

The next towns over, Humboldt (5 mi), Medina (5 mi), Gibson (7 mi), order here too. The full Tennessee coverage page and the directory of every Tennessee town go deeper, and the Design Lab prices any idea on the spot.
The sequence never changes: free 24-hour proof, your written sign-off, then production at the price you already saw.
