Tignall orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to Georgia runs 5 to 7 business days flat.
Crews in Tignall order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
With a community of 491 spread over 2.8 square miles, Tignall gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Washington, GA (9 mi), Rayle, GA (11 mi), Lincolnton, GA (16 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Robins Air Force Base, around 102 miles from Tignall, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The Georgia military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Moore and Fort Stewart, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Tignall.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Tignall customers feel the difference on the first order.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Tignall customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Tignall addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your tignall group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
