Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Tokeland crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Washington in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Tokeland order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Tokeland covers 0.5 square miles of Washington, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Bay Center, WA (6 mi), South Bend, WA (9 mi), Grayland, WA (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, roughly 37 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Washington military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Joint Base Lewis-McChord and Naval Base Kitsap, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Tokeland.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Tokeland customers feel the difference on the first order.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Tokeland customers, these three earn their keep.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
The table below is the actual price list Tokeland customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
