Custom shirts delivered to Trail

Trail does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Trail address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 6.8 square miles of Trail sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Shady Cove, OR (4 mi), Eagle Point, OR (14 mi), Butte Falls, OR (15 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Kingsley Field, around 61 miles from Trail, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The Oregon military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Kingsley Field and Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Trail.

What Trail orders most

Youth sports and booster gear

Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

School spirit wear

PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Small business and crew apparel

Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

HOA, civic, and community events

Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Church and service group shirts

Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Trail customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

05 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Trail customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Essential Light Tee

When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

06 //

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

07 //

What it costs

Here is what Trail customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Trail addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Trail group?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
