From the county seat to the last rural route, Trinity County gets custom gear with honest pricing and tracked 5 to 7 day delivery.
There is no local print shop requirement for good gear anymore. Trinity County crews design online, approve a proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and take delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
Census figures put Trinity County at about 16,000 people across 3179 square miles, from the county seat to the last rural route, all inside standard tracked delivery.
That includes the California military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Camp Pendleton, MCRD San Diego, MCAS Miramar, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Trinity County.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Staff shirts, vendor gear, and keepsake tees for fair week. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Duty shirts for the volunteers who show up at 3am, and fundraiser tees that keep the station funded. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Congregation and food bank gear with every size in one pack at one rate. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
FFA chapters and youth programs order kid and adult sizes together at pack pricing. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Numbers, names, and sponsor logos for every team in the league, delivered before opening day. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Reunion shirts sized for grandparents to toddlers, and memorial runs treated with care. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Trinity county customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Trinity County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
Here is what Trinity County customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Gear only works if people actually wear it, and people only wear what feels and looks right. That is why ink gets cured at temperature so it flexes instead of cracking, why embroidery is digitized in-house so lettering stays sharp at small sizes, and why the blank lineup runs from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight instead of one-weight-fits-nobody. Production defects are our problem, not yours: a failed print gets remade at no charge.
Usually it is one of three moments: a big-platform order arrived wrong and nobody answered the support ticket, a hidden fee doubled the checkout price, or a deadline slipped with no warning. Our structure removes all three. Written proof approval before production, published pack pricing before any conversation, and a single named person who owns your order until it is delivered.
The timeline to every address in Trinity County is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Trinity County group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
