Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Turner crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Maine in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Turner order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
From one end of Turner to the other, 1.5 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Greene, ME (7 mi), Auburn, ME (12 mi), Mechanic Falls, ME (12 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, around 84 miles from Turner, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The Maine military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Turner.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Race shirts and tournament gear that arrive before the starting gun, guaranteed honestly. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Turner customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Turner customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
The table below is the actual price list Turner customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Turner addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your turner group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
