Custom apparel delivered to Unity, South Carolina in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Crews in Unity order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
All 2.1 square miles of Unity sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Buford, SC (5 mi), JAARS, NC (5 mi), Lancaster, SC (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort Jackson, roughly 54 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The South Carolina military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Jackson and MCRD Parris Island, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Unity.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Unity customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Unity customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Unity customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Unity addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your unity group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
