Unit gear, PT shirts, and morale apparel for Air Force personnel at US Air Force Academy, printed by veterans and delivered to base or door in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Off post, Colorado Springs counts about 489,000 people, and family or veteran-org orders there ship on the same timeline as unit orders to the gate. The wider footprint matters for family days and homecomings, and Cimarron Hills, CO (3 mi), Stratmoor, CO (7 mi), Manitou Springs, CO (8 mi) are all close enough to share one order.
We print for units stationed at US Air Force Academy and across the Air Force: company PT shirts, deployment and homecoming tees, ball and ceremony apparel, and morale gear your formation will actually wear. Every price includes the front print, proofs arrive within 24 hours, and nothing prints until your point of contact approves it in writing.
We know how Air Force orders actually move: a volunteer POC, a first sergeant or chief who wants it right, a date that cannot slip, and a size roster that changes twice. The process below is built around exactly that.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Air Force units call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The workhorse method: thick ink, bulk pricing, hundreds of washes.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
At pack quantities this runs through the press at the best per piece price we offer, with ink laid thick enough to survive hundreds of wash cycles. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Family shirt runs from 10 pieces and 4x8 photo banners for the Colorado Springs pier, hangar, or parade field. Return dates slip, so we print these fast and quote rush honestly.
Stitched, not printed, so it reads professional up close and survives years of wear without cracking or fading. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Single pieces and family runs handled with the care they deserve, moved to the front of the schedule when a service date demands it.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Air Force units, these three earn their keep.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and US Air Force Academy units watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
The blanks range from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, the ink is cured so it moves with the fabric instead of flaking off it, and the stitching is digitized in-house for legibility at any size. If something fails because of production, the remake is free; if a request will not survive real use, you hear it before ordering.
Automated printers optimize for volume; this shop optimizes for the order in front of it. That difference shows up as a designer catching problems an upload widget would print anyway, prices that are public instead of assembled at checkout, and a person whose actual job is your deadline. The proof-approval step replaces the return policy custom work cannot have.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to US Air Force Academy, on base delivery points, and Colorado Springs addresses. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your unit at US Air Force Academy, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
