Every crew in Volusia County orders from the same shop: free design help, published packs, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
There is no local print shop requirement for good gear anymore. Volusia County crews design online, approve a proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and take delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 590,000 people spread across 1101 square miles, Volusia County is exactly the kind of territory a nationwide shop serves better than a single storefront: same pricing, same timeline, every address.
That includes the Florida military community: we deliver unit and family gear for Naval Station Mayport, Naval Air Station Pensacola, Naval Air Station Jacksonville, plus every Guard armory, recruiter, and veteran org chapter in and around Volusia County.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Spirit wear, chapter tees, and program gear with youth and adult sizes in the same run. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Numbers, names, and sponsor logos for every team in the league, delivered before opening day. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Reunion shirts sized for grandparents to toddlers, and memorial runs treated with care. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
The fair runs on identifiable staff and sellable merch, and both come from the same run. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Duty tees, fundraiser shirts, and station hoodies for the crews that answer the call. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Community group runs where mixed sizes are the default, not a complication. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Volusia county customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Volusia County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Budget planning for Volusia County customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
The blanks range from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, the ink is cured so it moves with the fabric instead of flaking off it, and the stitching is digitized in-house for legibility at any size. If something fails because of production, the remake is free; if a request will not survive real use, you hear it before ordering.
The timeline to every address in Volusia County is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
