Watson orders custom gear here because the pricing is published, the proof is free, and delivery to Illinois runs 5 to 7 business days flat.
Crews in Watson order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
With a community of 659 spread over 1.1 square miles, Watson gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Mason, IL (6 mi), Effingham, IL (7 mi), Teutopolis, IL (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Scott Air Force Base sits about 84 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The Illinois military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Naval Station Great Lakes and Rock Island Arsenal, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Watson.
Best per-piece price at volume, with ink that outlives the garment.
Thread instead of ink: caps, polos, and outerwear with permanent texture.
Full color small runs from just 10 pieces.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Watson customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Watson customers, these three earn their keep.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Here is what Watson customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Every order ships tracked to Watson addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your watson group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
